Chris McKinnell is the founder and director of The Warren Legacy Foundation for Paranormal Research, which carries on the work of his grandparents, Ed and Lorraine Warren. Chris began working on cases with the paranormal investigative duo in 1980 at the age of 16. His first experience included an incredibly intense night of poltergeist activity, two demons that shook the walls with pounding assaults and horrific growls, levitation, upside down crosses, objects that flew through the air and a physical assault on the woman of the house by an entity. Since then, Chris has never looked back!
Chris has assisted or led investigations on some of the Warrens most famous cases, including the Smurl haunting in West Pittston, PA (popularized by the 1986 paperback “The Haunted” and 1991 made-for-TV movie of the same name), Maurice Theriault (popularized by the “Satan’s Harvest” book, The Conjuring and The Nun), the Southington funeral parlor (popularized by The Haunting in Connecticut), as well as several thousands of others around the globe.
Chris now leads an international network of paranormal researchers that strives to expand the Warrens’ mission all over the world and continue his research into the many astounding aspects of the paranormal. He shares his knowledge and experience to help dispel the superstitions and folklore that have accumulated around this extraordinary phenomena.
